Invite a state representative to your chapter meeting and get a Key Chapter point. Representatives include those of the Executive Committee (President, First VP, Second VP, Treasurer, Parliamentarian, Recording Secretary, Executive Secretary, Deltion Editor), District Directors, Committee Chairs. Epsilon representatives are well informed about the state and international issues/happenings of our Society.
Some ideas to make the visit representative-friendly to the traveler:
- Offer overnight lodging at a members home
- Send information about the chapter or something specific in which you would like the rep to address
- Send address and travel tips prior to visit
- Contact (email or phone call) the rep a couple of days before visit is scheduled
