Chapter Presidents: Red Book
Keep the "Red Book" (Guidelines for Chapter Presidents) close at hand. This booklet was shared with all presidents at the June 2 meeting for chapter officers. In notifications to you from my blog, I will reference dates, pages and topics from this booklet and refer to it as the "Red Book".
